Foodsharing Luxembourg is a volunteer-run non-profit environmental organisation (a.s.b.l.) whose vision is for all edible food in Luxembourg to be consumed. One third of the food produced worldwide is currently wasted. We combat food loss and waste by facilitating the rapid exchange of food that would otherwise be thrown away. By raising awareness of this issue and its impact on the climate, the environment and society, and by driving systematic change, Foodsharing Luxembourg aims to drastically reduce waste.
